Fisker Automotive to name former Chrysler CEO as Vice Chairman

Former CEO, President and Vice Chairman Tom LaSorda Chrysler Group was appointed to the newly created role as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Board strategy Board.

LaSorda also would work as an advisor to executive management team in day-to-day operations, reporting to co-founder and CEO Henrik Fisker.

In October, Fisker said it would start full production with Nina in mid-2013, but stressed it will start production on schedule late next year.
